Role Mission
Build a reliable analytics foundation and provide decision-ready insights to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Empower the company to scale rapidly with trusted data.What you’ll do
- Collect, clean, and consolidate data from various systems, including product databases and CRM platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for key stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Establish data quality practices, including tests, monitoring, and anomaly alerts.
- Conduct growth analytics such as cohort analysis, SMB segmentation, and evaluating product changes and experiments.
- Define and maintain the analytics roadmap, including priorities, processes, and deliverables.
What we’re looking for
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with relational databases and complex, real-world data.
- Hands-on experience building BI dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar tools).
- Ability to design metrics and analytics that stakeholders actively use (not just “dashboards for dashboards’ sake”).
- Experience or a strong interest in data quality, including tests, monitoring, and alerting.
- Solid understanding of product and revenue analytics, such as funnels, cohorts, and segmentation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business questions into clear analytical tasks.
- Confident written communication in English.
