Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and engage high-value clients across global markets.
- Be responsible for the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aimed at expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through new opportunities.
- Own quarterly and annual targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent deal flow and measurable impact.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, reporting materials, and post-deal documentation.
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and work closely with CR to build a roadmap for growing the relationship.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operational teams to support client success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships roles
- Proven track record of closing deals with large clients.
- Strong personal network within the IT, tech, or related industries.
- Experience working in the IT or tech sector is mandatory. Experience in ERP industry is preferred
- Solid understanding of BD processes and tools, pipeline management and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
