4dev.com is a platform for legal work with contractors worldwide. Clients use our IT solution to officially set up and administer work with contractors across different countries, and to automatically receive closing documents for reporting. The company has confirmed product-market fit and keeps growing year over year, so we're expanding the team and looking for an Editor to own the creation and editing of 4dev.com content.

What you'll do

• Create and edit content in Russian and English, including landing pages, email campaigns, website and blog articles, presentations, and creatives for paid social promotion;
• Translate our positioning and product features into copy that gets read, clicked, and remembered;
• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude daily for drafting, editing, and speeding up production;
• Give AI-generated drafts a final human pass so they don’t read as another AI slop from a free tool.

What we're looking for

Essential skills

• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Russian;
• AI-native: comfortable with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs, and skilled at humanizing AI-generated text;
• Experience working cross-functionally with both marketing and product teams.

Nice to have

• Background in global B2B SaaS;
• Time spent on Fintech or HRtech products;
• Worked directly with startup founders before.
